The IDAD Democracy Fellowship is a flagship program that nurtures emerging leaders in Liberia. Through workshops, site visits, and direct engagement with key stakeholders, the Fellowship provides hands-on experience in leadership, democracy, and peace-building. Fellows explore critical issues such as human rights, corruption, and structural injustices while learning to reflect on their own perspectives and advocate for change within their communities.
